bowl eligible again, he has earned an extension in my mind. I'm hoping that Toledo and USF were major wake-up calls and that he will be more willing to be the "tough" coach who instills the discipline that is needed for a successful program in the coming years.

I feel like he's "figuring out" what it means to be the head coach. He still has some hurdles to overcome, but he's brought in a lot of really promising youth and I'd like to see what he can do with them. This year has me feeling optimistic for the future, and winning the games he SHOULD win should be one of the easier things to correct... Hopefully.
