"The car is making a funny noise and there's just a weird rattle. I think maybe the wheels are starting to come off. Or maybe it needs more oil. Could be there isn't enough oil so it doesn't have the lubrication it needs and it just isn't running smooth and is rattling."

So then I tell her I'll go check the headlight fluid and make sure that isn't the problem.

All while going out and seeing if she's got loose change in a cupholder somewhere making the disturbing noise she's been hearing.
