This was when Kalani left. Hill wants to be a HC and he wants to be Utah's HC. I don't know if that will happen with Scalley around, but that is his goal. 

Hill is also happy in Ogden and doesn't need to go anywhere. I think once the Utah job is officially not Hill's, you might see him leave for greener pastures. 

Until then, he can coach at Weber St forever making six figures. There are worse ways to live. 

AAAAnnnnnddddd, he won't ever coach at Independent BYU. Not because he hates BYU or loves Utah, but because it's too hard of a job. If BYU joined a conference, BYU would go from an insanely hard job to one of the premier stepping stone jobs.
