The ceiling in my kitchen is wet. I came down stairs and just noticed the seam
in the dry wall is bubbling and it’s wet. There is nothing flooding upstairs but the tub and shower is directly above it. Could a pipe or drain pipe broke. It’s a newer home. We’ve only been in it for 3 1/2 years. Who would I cal to fix it? Home owners insurance?
