grout. The grout had cracked and pretty much given way so any water that was on the edge of the tub was running straight down the back of the tub into the ceiling. I cleaned out the grout and caulked it and then have someone coming in the morning to replace the sheet rock and fix the ceiling. Ended up being a lot cheaper to pay out of pocket then to go through home owners. Pretty frustrating that it wasn’t properly sealed by the builder. We only built the home 3 1/2 years ago.
