Why not lose an athletic scholarship after year over year of bad performance? I agree. I wouldn't sign another kicker without releasing one. If you shake your head at the depth of kickers, why do we have so many QBs on scholarship? That makes no sense either. And we had the Stacy Conner kid transfer. We had 5 at one time? Maybe we could have used one on a DE.
