Prob an ethical niche for payday/title lenders in Utah, but they sure seem slimy
...along with the state.
Taken over small claims? Check.
Able to prevent legislation limiting interest? Check.
Freely use the bail system for debt collection? Check.
Effectively get people arrested for nonpayment (technically non-appearance)? Check.
