okay so he lost to 4 teams. 2 ranked all 4 going bowling.
He can't be fired in the current environment unless USC is willing to fully commit to a long term rebuilding process. Such a rebuilding process makes no sense for a school that can recruit 4 and 5 stars the way they can.

One more year. WIth Utah rebuilding, Petersen gone from UW, Stanford down, and Oregon playing a new QB.
