I have employees that do it on the reg during their breaks at work. It's not my flavor but from my experience smoking weed is like smoking cigarettes, people will do it all day every day. My office can smell like a poopchute sometimes but I just have to tell them to be considerate to others and mitigate the smell before they come back in the office.
