I think you've mistaken the QB's helmet for a football.
Anae wasn't jumping on the ball or trying to grab it. He was giving a forearm shiver to the QB's head.
Now - feel free to debate whether that was dirty or clean, or even how dirty or clean, all you like. I'm OK with that. But don't say that cracking a helmet with your forearm is him "pouncing on the ball." It wasn't.
