Again - you can call it dirty or not. I don't care.
Contact after someone is down is relatively common, sure. That is pretty normal in football and happens nearly ever tackle.

So you can try to convince me, if you're so inclined, that this was just normal contact that goes on all the time if you'd like. I'm willing to listen to your arguments.

But don't tell me that Anae was just diving on the football or trying to pick up the football. If you really think a forearm to the head is the quickest way to recover a fumble and continue to insist that he was really just trying to get the ball - we can't have an intelligent discussion at that point. Because you are living in a different reality.

Unless, of course, you're suggesting that I don't watch a lot of UTAH football (and you'd be correct). Maybe that kind of stuff happens a lot in Utah games. But I watched every other championship game yesterday. Guess how many times I saw someone drive a helmet into the ground with a forearm either during a tackle or going for a loose ball fumble? Um...let me count them up...that's right - none. Not once.

That said - I did see a lot of contact when there was a loose ball or even after the initial tackle. It's just that none of them involved using a forearm to the helmet. So maybe that's just a Utah technique.

P.S. - when are you going to stop pretending you are a BYU fan and just admit you're a Utah fan and have been all along? Looking at your history, 90% of what you post is to defend Utah players, Utah fans, Utah traditions - everything Utah. You aren't the first Utah fan who has pretended to be a BYU fan. I must give you credit for not being like the guys on Twitter who only claim to be BYU fans after making complete fools of themselves.
