Utah will get $9M and USU $1M+.
Assuming that the PAC 12 gets a full share of post season dustribution, Utah's revenue breaks down this way.
$8.5M from CFP distribution
Each power conference is guaranteed $66M, this year, and the PAC 12 will also receive $4M for Oregon's participation in the Rose. Additionally, when the Rose is not a playoff bowl, the BIG and the PAC 12 each receive $40M from the ESPN contract with the Rose.
$800K from the other bowl payouts.
The conference also allocates $1M in travel expenses to each bowl participant.
USU, like all G5s is guaranteed $1M from the CFP pool of $90M, set aside for the G5s. The remaining amount is divided according to a complex series of protocol. The MWC also allocates funds for travel allowance but nowhere near the level of the power conferences.
