I’d be real skeptical of anything Gladwell writes. He is not respected in the

scientific communities he writes about. He is notorious for taking one or two interesting anecdotes and then creating theories. He is an exceptional writer though.

Eyewitness testimony and memory are hardly highly reliable, but they’re far better than coin flips.
