I inherited a culture of never asking why. Mostly good people, but not much
leadership. Changing the culture to asking why about everything creates a completely different mindset of continuous improvement.

On a related note, if you want to watch something really inspiring, check out Simon Sinek's video linked below. It is a little different form of why, but creates the same result. I hammer my people to always ask why, and after I saw the video a month ago, found out it is a pretty good approach. Link below.
