Energy and excitement is contagious. I don’t think that Rose’s staff wasn’t committed/good but it seems that this staff is firing on all cylinders. Hopefully the excitement and energy continues.

It’s for this reason that I’m not opposed to changes in staff and even head coaches. New coaching brings new blood and energy and motivation. When Pope was first hired some knocked him for not being a potential “lifer” at BYU and that he would use BYU as a stepping stone to another bigger job. I really don’t care about that as I think it increases his motivation to improve the team and take the program to the next level.
