THe whole Santa Claus thing was treated as a joke in my house.
It was mentioned, but always with as smirk. None of us believed in that crap. It was worthless silliness.
I remember talking to a friend in high school about it after he told me that learning that the Santa Claus hogwash was a big lie ruined Christmas for him. He told me that I was fortunate to have never believed in it in the first place and I agreed.
