Yes BYU was locked in unless they went to a NY6 bowl or the playoff

ESPN owns the bowl and had the option to move BYU if they wanted to, based on P5 teams filling slots.

Stout was a high-3; Kaveinga was a transfer from USC.

That is the 247 Composite. Fu'a was not a Bronco recruit.
