Utah has the highest number of college recruits for football? I'm going to guess at one reason why that may be. Utah has 5 D1 football teams and I bet all of those rosters have very large percentages of Utah kids on them. That's a lot of D1 programs for a state with a population of about 3 million people and they need to fill those rosters.
