In recruiting Sitake was always the bridesmaid, never the bride.
Sitake would make the top 3 for for five 4* recruits and not land a single one. Then he'd scramble and fill in with low 3* recruits.
Scalley is a closer. He doesn't chase as many 4* recruits but he winds up pulling in more.
