did a tremendous job guarding Merrill from the opening tap. He was on Merrill like glue and I noticed USU players looking to pass Merrill the ball and opting not to because Barcello was denying and ready to jump the pass.
A large part of why Merrill shot so poorly when he did shoot is because he was having to work so hard just to get the ball.
