He only completed one season at BYU due to a multitude of injuries, and has a number of shifts in the offensive system while he was there including multiple coordinators.

If Steve Young had to deal with that level of adversity, does he win the Davey O'Brien, and earn his other college accolades? Who knows, but likely not.

Again, I'm not saying Taysom will be better than Steve Young, or near the same level as Young. However, when healthy, Taysom has improved his game tremendously. I believe if he remains healthy in the NFL, he will at least end up as being a much better QB than some people are willing to presently admit. I do believe that he will at some point be a starter in the league.
