I listened to the podcast twice and there were a few things that really affirmed his guilt for me. The first was when Jennifer picked up Jay, he immediately told her that Adnan killed Hae. Nobody even knew she was dead at that point and only a few people even knew she was missing. The other thing was Jay knew exactly where Hae’s car was stashed. So either Jay killed Hae (very unlikely) or he helped Adnan stash the car and get rid of the body. There are really no other explanations.

When you add in all the other evidence (the Nesha call, the cell phone pings in Leakin Park, Jay’s testimony, etc), there was more than enough evidence to convict him. I’m glad he’s not getting another trial because it would be a waste of everyone’s time and money.
