individual player level (like steroids). Also I've yet to hear the Astros actually apologize to teams they cheated against. Just crazy that a team like USC can be stripped of its titles for playing an ineligible player, but the Astros aren't stripped of any wins even though they cheated at an organizational/systemic level.
