Makes sense US women hit it in late 30's. If you have kids the most exhausting
time is usually when they are in pre-school early elementary years. Also makes sense US men hit it in early 50's. I'm 52. It seems like I've been working forever and my kids just keep getting more expensive! But in five years my youngest graduates HS and if I've kept my job to that point retirement becomes a real possibility. Those things bring a smile to my face every time I think about them.
