We are doing this with my son and daughter. Both had impacted teeth, spacing,
and over bite problems, hence the reason for starting early and doing the 2 phase process. We paid up front for the whole process (includes both phases) and the total after insurance is very reasonable at like $1,500. My oldest is nearing phase 2 which will be very quick and minimal work needed. Basically they are just waiting for her 12 year old molars to come in and then they will align everything again with brackets for about 3 months and she will be done. She will have a beautiful straight smile and be done with braces all before she is in High School.

The ortho and his staff are really good. My only complaint I have ever had is that there are sometimes very long waits at his office because of the number of patients he has. He actually has 2 offices one in SLC and one Herriman. A plus is that he is a BYU fan. 🙂
