It's the going behind my back that bothers me. Everyone on my team has been

involved in interviewing other candidates and nobody said a word to me. Ultimately, whoever they hire will kind of be my boss. If I'm no longer a candidate, I want to be a part of the hiring process like my colleagues because if we hire the wrong person, it could ruin this job.
