Exactly.Nothing like observing how your firm values your time and experience
with them is worse LESS than someone who got the same or less amount of experience from somewhere else.
Glad to know that upper management values their firm, their training programs, their working experience, and their ability to grow their people so poorly. You know what? I think I'm going to agree with your assessment and LEAVE!!!
