The Astros franchise was fined another six million dollars, and they lose out on first and second round draft picks for two consecutive years, meaning they cant't rebuild a farm system that is in need of rebuild at this point. This was a big punishment to that organization. I'm sure the players didn't get suspended or fined because it wasn't in the collective barganing agreement for this type of a situation.
