Rose was betting on games with no evidence it affected the integrity of the game. Just the hint that it might was enough. Or how about Shoeless Joe? His crime is less than that of what is looking like guys with buzzers under their shirts.

what if it's proven that 7 or 8 teams did the same thing? Can you suspend for a year all of the guys on those teams too?
