Dogs that won’t hold still for their grooming and having to use sharp objects

On a moving target. Even more so I hate when the customer walks in before I’ve called to say their dog is done, and it’s on the table and I’m trying to finish grooming the head, but the dog is now very distracted and wiggling too much to do anything and wanting to launch off the table to its owner.
