It's all downhill after 40...
...For your body. Since 40 I've had shoulder surgery and need surgery on the other shoulder. I need to get some reading glasses soon. I developed epilepsy ( though that's pretty rare) The grey hairs are multiplying. Some days it's hard to deal with it.
Thank goodness I have a loving wife and two little girls who adore me. And an eternal perspective helps.
