I wouldn't hire somebody and rush their film to market on an accelerated timeline. I'd give them whatever time they
needed for them to make the best trilogy possible. 3 years? Okay.
Maybe instead of the $300 salary I'd give them points on the back end to make sure they don't dilly dally, but since they were competent I don't think i'd have to do that.
