I'm in neither age classification, so here's my two cents:

No generation ever 'has it easy'. Every single group has various challenges...and somehow they get through.

The good news for Millennials and Gen Z is that they are hands-down the most educated generation to date. So I have full confidence that they'll get through their challenges.

I'm also confident that the generations that precede them will generally struggle with and question how Millennials approach those challenges.
