and property damage claims were typically resolved together. Again, I don't do PI, but I remember sitting in a case review meeting with the office staff and one of the PI attorneys went on a long tirade about how they couldn't get a vehicle fixed until the personal injury claims were resolved because they had to have settlement of all claims at the same time. Here in Missouri, it is my understanding that the practice is to settle on the property damage claims, and then litigate (if necessary) any personal injury claims.
