It hurts leadership and player development. Like I said, there are situations where it is the right thing to do (for example, JJ Nwigwe), but not where you have an established guy like Wilger. My guess is if they move him for spring, he likely moves back in the fall. But then he would've lost a spring for development. That will set him back for next year.
