I do the opposite. I don't want to have to keep track of $5 or $25 charges so
I use my HSA for all the little stuff and then anything over $100 I keep the receipt on Google drive all organized to reimburse in the future.

Man that’s a lot of work to keep track of medical receipts for 30+ years and then still have to pay tax on
