#1 Come to an understanding and get on the same page with BoT, BYU president, Honor Code Department, Admissions, & AD, maybe create a new department...
#2 Bring in your own Staff, Coach has plenty of contacts...
#3 Get a 7-8 year deal with more money spread through out the coaching department based on winning and lack of honor code &/or violation issues
4. Build or remodeling a housing department for all Athletes with built in monitor program/system that can be a positive recruiting tool.
