I just don't see the AAC with WAC/Big West for other sports happening.The AAC seems like a big headache with that much travel. Boise would also go from being the school that is calling all the shots to being the guy who has to do what they're told.
I could see Independence potentially working but I don't know how well. Their attendance is already on the decline and why would anyone play Boise in November? I think it would also really hurt their basketball program they're trying to build.
It's going to be interesting to watch this play out. My guess is that they stay in the MWC but ultimately receive a little larger piece of the pie than they're already receiving with this new deal.
