Overall the WCC rates slightly stronger this year than last year as a conference, but A10 is MUCH improved and the MWC is improved as well. WCC is stronger at the top than the A10, but depth of the A10 probably puts them a little stronger overall than WCC this season. It is close, though. A10 wasn't very good last year. Both conferences are clearly better than MWC right now.
