It is a fake cashiers check. Once you get it you can log in,

On line to verify it. They are also likely sending it for an amount higher than asking price so you can pay the person they send to pick it up to ship it. So they get you item plus some cash. Go along with it and call your local police. Have them arrest the person coming to pick it up and go from there.
