I would still be living in my 3500 sf home and traveling more. Also, I think it
would be cool to go around and try and identify people who are in need, and help them anonymously (like leaving large tips for servers, etc).

Most 5000 sq ft homes aren't too crazy, IMO. If you have an open concept rambler, you're to 5000 sq ft immediately.
