This has been discussed. The margin of victory factor is capped, but the off/def
efficiencies are not capped, so blowing out a team will drastically improve those measures, resulting in a big NET increase

Seems like NET is easily manipulated by beating bad teams by alot of points.

maybe, but in most cases KenPom is pretty close to NET.

Yeah, and it's kind of dumb. Liberty made it up to #24 with having 0 Q1 wins and only 1 Q2 win, but no bad losses.
