According to an artilcle in the Deseret News by Harmon, sounds like Boise State just got the shaft by the MWC concerning TV rights. The same kind of shaft BYU got from both the WAC (concerning Bowl Games) and the MWC. It was apparenrtly costing BYU $250,000 t0 $300,000 in expenses to play in a bowl game, but was forced to split all the payoff money with the other teams. So it was teams like Wyoming that simply sat and watched the games on TV and collected the same amount of money as BYU. In a sense, BYU was forced to leave the conference. Prerhaps Boise will also see the injustice.
