Let's be real. They can't be the only team doing it; they just got caught.
A simple solution would allow some sort of electronic communication between dugout, pitcher, catcher that could completely eliminate sign stealing for good. It could be with some sort of wrist band/watch or a mic and headphone.
Until they go that route, teams and players will continue to try to steal signs.
