BYU would be a tough place to work for a non-member, I think.
Don't they require their employees to essentially follow the honor code - including no coffee, tea, alcohol, etc.? Or am I off?
I think it would be tough dealing with some of the quirks and nuances that are unique to BYU if you aren't LDS. And if it's like I think it is - and they require you to keep the word of wisdom, for example - I think that would make it harder still.
