as it's consistent. Do we strip every title where we know players on that team used steroids? How about where players used foreign substances, spit on, or scuffed baseballs? How about corked bats? Is it worth it to retroactively strip virtually every title ever because someone on the team cheated at some point, or at least if we can do a pretty good job of proving cheating? And we can't just base it off of how big of an impact we can prove, because we can't prove one here.
