Most of my trading strictly technical so I always have an exact exit in mind.
Almost all of our long term stuff is either in cash or S&P 500 equivalents. I have tried buying stocks to collect dividends, and I get the dividends. But it is difficult for me to hang on to stuff that long when my mindset has always been to hold for about 3-5 days max.

A lot of that is already built in to current valuations. Oil stocks are down 15-20% in the last month.
