People laugh at how simple my long term stuff is, but it has been working for
a long time for me.
I just buy more (SPY, mutual fund, etc.) when SPX bounces off the 50 ema.
If it starts hitting the moving average and going lower, I pull my money and go to all cash. But, like you, I have more cash than ever just waiting.

A lot of that is already built in to current valuations. Oil stocks are down 15-20% in the last month.
