I don't like where Audi is going. IMHO, they are devaluing the brand.

The local dealerships have gone WAY downhill over the past few years. They only seem to hire 'first-time' salespeople who know nothing about the cars they are selling. You'll get better treatment at 3rd party mechanics than at the service departments. Even the radio ads make the brand sound cheap.

I went to every Audi dealer in the state while looking for my new car... each one was a horrible experience.
