I've purchased 2 Audi's from Ken Garff and 1 from Strong... Things have definitely changed.

In my car search over the past few months:

Strong was never able to find the car they said they had (waited hours). They sent me back and forth between the main dealership and the used car lot a few blocks away (the used car guys were like "why would it be here.. its a new car?"). They actually called me this past weekend saying they found the car... a month later.

Ken Garff (lehi) had rude and pushy salespeople. One yelled at my kid for standing 2 feet next to the R8 inside the showroom. Another tried to tell me that sports tires work great in the snow. Worse, he kept trying to argue with me over text after we left the dealership. He actually texted me and said "I gave you a few minutes of my time, but you don't have the courtesy to spend any time talking about numbers with me? how is that fair?"

Both dealers had sales people with ZERO car sales experience. Walking into those dealerships now feels like walking into Southtown VW.
